The Legislative Council (“LegCo”) Panel on Welfare Services visited the Children’s Residential Home (“CRH”) of the Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children (“HKSPC”) today (28 September) to learn about the operation of CRH after the implementation of its Reform Project and the conditions of children under residential care.

Members first received briefings by the Superintendent of CRH, Ms Loretta CHEUNG, and the Project Manager of CRH Reform Project, Ms Bessie HO, on the current operation of CRH and the progress of the Reform Project since its launch in March 2022.
