Panel on Home Affairs
Duty visit from 4 to 11 August 2010

The Legislative Council Panel on Home Affairs conducted an 8-day overseas duty visit to Japan and the Republic of Korea from 4 to 11 August 2010. The purpose of the visit was to study the experience in the development of cultural software and the preservation of Intangible Cultural Heritage in these two countries.

The delegation was led by Hon IP Kwok-him, Chairman of the Panel on Home Affairs and included the other 11 members: Hon KAM Nai-wai, Hon James TO Kun-sun, Dr Hon Philip WONG Yu-hong, Hon Emily LAU Wai-hing, Hon Timothy FOK Tsun-ting, Hon Cyd HO Sau-lan, Hon WONG Sing-chi, Hon Tanya CHAN and Hon WONG Yuk-man (Panel members), and Hon WONG Ting-kwong and Hon Starry LEE Wai-king (non-Panel Members).
