Bills Committee on District Cooling Services Bill
Visit to the Kai Tak Development to observe the operation of
the district cooling system on 24 February 2015
The Legislative Council ("LegCo") Bills Committee on District Cooling Services Bill conducted a site visit to the Kai Tak Development on 24 February 2015 to gain a better understanding of the operation of the district cooling system under construction.
Members participating in the visit included Ir Dr Hon LO Wai-kwok, Chairman of the Bills Committee, as well as Hon Gary FAN Kwok-wai and Hon IP Kin-yuen who are non-Bills Committee members.
