Visit to private residential care homes for the elderly ("RCHEs")
at Dills Corner Garden on 13 December 2013

The Legislative Council Panel on Welfare Services visited the private RCHEs at Dills Corner Garden on 13 December 2013 to better understand these RCHEs which are affected by the North East New Territories Development Project.

Members participating in the visit included Hon CHAN Yuen-han, Chairman of the Panel, Hon CHEUNG Kwok-che, Deputy Chairman of the Panel, Hon Gary FAN Kwok-wai, Hon CHAN Han-pan, Hon POON Siu-ping and Hon TANG Ka-piu who are Panel members.
