The Legislative Council Public Works Subcommittee conducted a site visit to the facilities of the District Cooling System at the Kai Tak Development on 26 November 2018 to better understand the operations of the District Cooling System.
Members participating in the visit included Ir Dr Hon LO Wai-kwok (Chairman of the Subcommittee), Hon CHU Hoi-dick, Hon HO Kai-ming and Hon Gary FAN Kwok-wai who are Subcommittee members.
