疲勞駕駛的風險及香港專營巴士車長的工作時間安排
(a) | 最長更次時間由14小時縮短至12小時,最長駕駛時間由11小時縮短至10小時;
|
(b) | 車長在6小時的駕駛時間(而非更次時間)後,可享有的最短休息時間由30分鐘延長至40分鐘;
|
(c) | 兩個相連更次之間的休班時間應不少於10小時;3個相連更次內的總休班時間不應少於22小時;及
|
(d) | 特別更次可獲豁免,有關更次時間可超逾每日12小時,但不可超逾14小時,並須在更次期間向車長提供最短3小時的休息時間。 |
