At its meeting on 7 January 2009, the Legislative Council passed the following resolution: Resolution moved by the Chief Secretary for Administration under the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal Ordinance. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following motion not intended to have legislative effect: Motion on "Air pollution and public health", moved by Hon KAM Nai-wai as amended by Hon CHAN Hak-kan, Hon Audrey EU Yuet-mee and Hon LEE Wing-tat.
