At its meeting on 4 March 2009, the Legislative Council passed the following two motions not intended to have legislative effect: (1) Motion on "Actively implementing complementary policies for the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta", moved by Hon WONG Ting-kwong as amended by Dr Hon Samson TAM Wai-ho and Hon Mrs Regina IP LAU Suk-yee. (2) Motion on "Comprehensively improving the effectiveness of Integrated Family Service Centres", moved by Hon WONG Sing-chi as amended by Hon CHEUNG Kwok-che.
