At its meeting on 11 March 2009, the Legislative Council passed the following four resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Security relating to the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (Indonesia) Order. (2) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Security relating to the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (Japan) Order. (3) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Security relating to the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (Sri Lanka) Order. (4) Resolution moved by Dr Hon Samson TAM Wai-ho relating to the extension of the period for amending the Telecommunications (Designation of Frequency Bands subject to Payment of Spectrum Utilization Fee) (Amendment) Order 2009, the Telecommunications (Level of Spectrum Utilization Fees) (Second Generation Mobile Services) (Amendment) Regulation 2009 and the Telecommunications (Determining Spectrum Utilization Fees by Auction) (Amendment) Regulation 2009. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following motion not intended to have legislative effect: Motion on "Promoting medical check-up for the whole community", moved by Hon CHAN Kin-por as amended by Hon CHAN Hak-kan, Hon WONG Kwok-hing and Dr Hon LEUNG Ka-lau.
