At its meeting on 29, 30 and 31 October 2008, the Legislative Council passed the following two resolutions:

(1)Resolution moved by Hon Fred LI Wah-ming relating to the extension of the period for amending the Harmful Substances in Food (Amendment) Regulation 2008.

(2)Resolution moved by Hon Miriam LAU Kin-yee relating to the extension of the period for amending the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulation 2008.
