At its meeting on 5 May 2010, the Legislative Council passed the following resolution: Resolution moved by Hon CHAN Kin-por relating to extension of the period for amending the Dutiable Commodities (Exempted Quantities) (Amendment) Notice 2010. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following two motions not intended to have legislative effect: (1) Motion on "Medical check-ups for professional drivers", moved by Hon Andrew CHENG Kar-foo as amended by Hon LI Fung-ying. (2) Motion on "Improving air quality", moved by Hon KAM Nai-wai as amended by Hon Audrey EU Yuet-mee and Hon Cyd HO Sau-lan.
