At its meeting on 9 June 2010, the Legislative Council passed the following bill:
    Inland Revenue (Amendment) Bill 2010.

At the same meeting, the Council passed the following three resolutions:

(1)Resolution moved by the Chief Secretary for Administration under Article 73(7) of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and section 7A of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal Ordinance relating to the appointment of the Chief Justice of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal.

(2)Resolution moved by the Chief Secretary for Administration under Article 73(7) of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and section 7A of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal Ordinance relating to the appointment of non-permanent Hong Kong judges of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal.

(3)Resolution moved by the Secretary for Food and Health relating to the Pharmacy and Poisons (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulation 2010 and the Poisons List (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulation 2010.
