At its meeting on 14, 15, 16 and 17 July 2010, the Legislative Council passed the following three bills: (1) Supplementary Appropriation (2009-2010) Bill. (2) Minimum Wage Bill, with amendments moved by the Secretary for Labour and Welfare at Committee stage. (3) Stamp Duty (Amendment) Bill 2010. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following resolution: Resolution moved by the Secretary for Food and Health relating to the Pharmacy and Poisons (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulation 2010 and the Poisons List (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulation 2010. The following three motions not intended to have legislative effect were also passed by the Council: (1) Motion on "Proactively developing social enterprises", moved by Hon Frederick FUNG Kin-kee as amended by Hon WONG Sing-chi and Dr Hon PAN Pey-chyou. (2) Motion on "Comprehensively upgrading the quality of talents in Hong Kong to complement the upgrading and transformation of small and medium enterprises", moved by Hon Miriam LAU Kin-yee as amended by Dr Hon PAN Pey-chyou. (3) "Motion for the adjournment of the Council", moved by Hon Mrs Regina IP LAU Suk-yee.
