At its meeting on 2 December 2009, the Legislative Council passed the following three resolutions:

(1)Resolution moved by the Secretary for Development relating to the Building (Minor Works) (Fees) Regulation.

(2)Resolution moved by the Secretary for the Environment relating to the Ozone Layer Protection (Products Containing Scheduled Substances) (Import Banning) (Amendment) Regulation 2009.

(3)Resolution moved by Hon TAM Yiu-chung relating to the Rules of Procedure of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
