Hon Frederick FUNG Kin-kee's adjournment motion on
"ZHAO Lianhai, who founded 'Kidney Stone Babies' to help
those Mainland children who are victims of tainted formula milk and
their parents to defend their rights, was sentenced to
two-and-a-half-years' imprisonment by a Beijing court earlier,
causing people both inside and outside the country to express serious concern
and question whether the sentence is a contravention
of the people's rights enshrined in the Constitution"
