At its meeting of 15 December 2010, the Legislative Council passed the following bill: Matrimonial Proceedings and Property (Amendment) Bill 2010, with amendments moved by the Secretary for Justice at Committee stage. At the same meeting, the Legislative Council passed the following two motions not intended to have legislative effect: (1) Motion on "Report of the Select Committee", moved by Hon LI Fung-ying. (2) Motion on "Seizing the opportunity presented by the Cross-Straits Economic Co-operation Framework Agreement and actively participating in the development of the Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Taiwan Strait", moved by Hon CHAN Kam-lam as amended by Hon WONG Kwok-hing.
