    Discussion on the following issues -

    1. The minimum threshold (% of undivided shares) for making an application to the Lands Tribunal for an order for sale;

    2. Scope of the Bill (application to a single lot or contiguous lots);

    3. Grounds for redevelopment ( to be specified in the Bill or regulation)；

    4. Time limit for completion of redevelopment;

    5. Extinguishment of third party interests including by way of adverse possession by sale order;

    6. Termination of tenancy by sale order and compensation to tenants; and

    7. Order of apportionment of sale proceeds.
