An Ordinance to amend the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance.

1. Short title

This Ordinance may be cited as the Dutiable Commodities (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 1997.

2. Application

Section 3(4) of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance (Cap. 109) is amended with effect from 1 July 1997 by repealing "for the Governor or".
