5. According to the production programme, the Housing Authority (HA) would be able to allocate more than 20,000 public housing flats each year to WL applicants within the next five years. The actual annual quota for various categories of applicants is however determined by the Rental Housing Committee of the HA each year having regard to the then demand and supply situations.
