Panel on Food Safety and Environmental Hygiene
Duty visit from 8 to 11 September 2010

The Legislative Council Panel on Food Safety and Environmental Hygiene conducted a four-day overseas duty visit to Japan from 8 to 11 September 2010. The purpose of the visit was to study the country's columbarium facilities and fisheries industry.

The delegation was led by Hon Fred LI Wah-ming, Chairman of the Panel on Food Safety and Environmental Hygiene, and comprises eight Members: Hon WONG Yung-kan, Hon TAM Yiu-chung, Dr Hon Joseph LEE Kok-long, Dr Hon LEUNG Ka-lau (Panel members), Hon CHAN Kam-lam, Hon LAU Kong-wah, Hon LI Fung-ying and Hon CHAN Hak-kan (non-Panel Members).
