(Amendment of Schedule 2) Order 2015
Visit to bus interchanges on 1 February 2016

The Legislative Council Subcommittee on Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule 2) Order 2015 conducted a site visit to the Bus-Bus Interchanges on Tuen Mun Road, the Shing Mun Tunnels Bus Interchange and the Cross-Harbour Tunnel Bus Interchange on 1 February 2016. Under the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule 2) Order 2015, eight bus interchanges and adjoining facilities located at eight tunnel portal areas, which include, among others, the Shing Mun Tunnels Bus Interchange and the Cross-Harbour Tunnel Bus Interchange, have been designated as statutory no smoking areas.

Members participating in the site visit included Hon SIN Chung-kai, Chairman of the Subcommittee and Hon Albert CHAN Wai-yip who is Subcommittee member.
