The Legislative Council ("LegCo") Subcommittee on Matters Relating to Railways conducted a site visit to the construction site of the West Kowloon Terminus of the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link on 28 April 2014 to better understand its progress.

Members participating in the visit included Hon Michael TIEN Puk-sun, Chairman of the Subcommittee, Hon CHAN Han-pan, Deputy Chairman of the Subcommittee, and Hon CHAN Kam-lam, Hon WONG Kwok-hing, Hon Paul TSE Wai-chun, Hon LEUNG Kwok-hung, Hon Frankie YICK Chi-ming, Hon Gary FAN Kwok-wai and Hon TANG Ka-piu, who are Subcommittee members, as well as Dr Hon Helena WONG Pik-wan, who is non-Subcommittee member.
