Visit to Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse

The Legislative Council ("LegCo") Panel on Food Safety and Environmental Hygiene conducted a visit to Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse to better understand the operation of the slaughterhouse.
Members participating in the visit included the Chairman of the Panel, Dr Hon Helena WONG Pik-wan, the Deputy Chairman, Hon LAU Kwok-fan, and Panel members Hon Michael TIEN Puk-sun, Hon Steven HO Chun-yin, Hon YIU Si-wing, Hon CHU Hoi-dick, and Hon HO Kai-ming.
