At its meeting on 7 February 2007, the Legislative Council passed the following two resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology relating to the Import and Export (Registration) (Amendment) Regulation 2007. (2) Resolution moved by the Secretary for the Environment, Transport and Works relating to the Construction Workers Registration Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule 1) Notice 2007. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following motion with no legislative effect: Motion on "Expeditiously implementing the construction of cross-boundary transport infrastructures between Hong Kong and the Mainland", moved by Hon CHEUNG Hok-ming as amended by Hon Albert HO Chun-yan.
