At its meeting on 13 and 14 June 2007, the Legislative Council passed the following three bills: (1) Housing (Amendment) Bill 2007, with amendments proposed by the Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands at Committee Stage. (2) Revenue Bill 2007. (3) City University of Hong Kong (Amendment) Bill 2006, with amendments proposed by Ir Dr Hon Raymond HO Chung-tai at Committee Stage. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following five resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Constitutional Affairs under the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance. (2) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury relating to the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Rules 2007. (3) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury relating to the Bankruptcy (Forms) (Amendment) Rules 2007. (4) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury relating to the Bankruptcy (Fees and Percentages) (Amendment) Order 2007. (5) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury relating to the Proof of Debts (Amendment) Rules 2007. The following motion with no legislative effect was also passed by the Council: Motion on "Promoting the sustainable development of the local agriculture and fisheries industries", moved by Hon WONG Yung-kan as amended by Hon Tommy CHEUNG Yu-yan, Hon Fred LI Wah-ming and Hon Vincent FANG Kang.
