At its meeting on 11 June 2008, the Legislative Council passed the following five resolutions:

(1)Resolution moved by the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development relating to the Trade Descriptions (Provision of Information on Natural Fei Cui) Order.

(2)Resolution moved by the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development relating to the Trade Descriptions (Provision of Information on Diamond) Order.

(3)Resolution moved by the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development relating to the Trade Descriptions (Provision of Information on Regulated Electronic Products) Order.

(4)Resolution moved by the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development relating to the Trade Descriptions (Marking) (Gold and Gold Alloy) (Amendment) Order 2008.

(5)Resolution moved by the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development relating to the Trade Descriptions (Marking) (Platinum) (Amendment) Order 2008.


At the same meeting, the Council passed the following motion not intended to have legislative effect:
