At its meeting on 31 October 2007, the Legislative Council passed the following resolution:


At the same meeting, the Council passed the following two motions not intended to have legislative effect:

(1)Motion on "Facing up to the needs of people with disabilities in using transport", moved by Hon LEUNG Yiu-chung as amended by Hon WONG Kwok-hing.

(2)Motion on "Alleviating the disparity between the rich and the poor and re-establishing the Commission on Poverty", moved by Hon Frederick FUNG Kin-kee as amended by Dr Hon Fernando CHEUNG Chiu-hung.
