At its meeting on 7 November 2007, the Legislative Council passed the following two resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Food and Health relating to the Pharmacy and Poisons (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulation 2007 and the Poisons List (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulation 2007. (2) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Home Affairs relating to the Building Management (Third Party Risks Insurance) Regulation. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following two motions not intended to have legislative effect: (1) Motion on "Enhancing co-operation with Macao in developing the tourism industry", moved by Hon James TIEN Pei-chun as amended by Hon WONG Kwok-hing and Hon SIN Chung-kai. (2) Motion on "Strengthening support for Tin Shui Wai", moved by Hon Mrs Selina CHOW LIANG Shuk-yee as amended by Hon LEE Cheuk-yan and Hon Albert HO Chun-yan.
