At its meeting on 5 December 2007, the Legislative Council passed the following two resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Security relating to the Organized and Serious Crimes Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule 2) Order 2007. (2) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Security relating to the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (Corruption) Order. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following two motions not intended to have legislative effect: (1) Motion on "Promoting social enterprises", moved by Hon CHAN Yuen-han as amended by Hon Frederick FUNG Kin-kee and Hon Mrs Sophie LEUNG LAU Yau-fun. (2) Motion on "Comprehensively reviewing subsidized home ownership schemes", moved by Hon CHAN Kam-lam as amended by Hon LEE Wing-tat.
