Pursuant to Standing Order 4AA, His Excellency the Governor, the Right Honourable Christopher Francis PATTEN, attended the sitting to enable Members to put questions to him on the following issues :

1. Western Corridor Railway;
2. Industrial Safety;
3. Employment of People with a Disability; and
4. Future Reporting Under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

12 Members asked questions on the above issues as well as on other topics and the Governor replied.
