| To receive and call for reports from the Commission about practices and procedures of Government Departments, public bodies and private sectors which may be conducive to corruption and to advise the Commissioner the areas and degree of priority for examination.

| Operations Review Committee of the ICAC

| To receive from the Commissioner, ICAC information about all complaints of corruption made to the Commission and progress reports on all investigations lasting over a year, and other related matters. To draw to the attention of the Chief Executive any aspect of the work of the Operations Department.
