香港對電子商貿消費者的保障
網上購物引起的關注
(a) | 不法商人假借在網上銷售貨品而開設社交帳戶,但沒有提供任何營商資料及聯絡方法,並在客戶將款項存入其個人戶口後失去聯絡;
|
(b) | 部分電子商貿消費者等候送貨多時,卻未見商戶更新訂單狀態;
|
(c) | 從網上購物平台退貨或退款的成功率偏低;14註釋符號代表據2019年的調查結果顯示,消委會曾在9個網上購物平台進行54次交易。消委會職員要求網購平台退貨或退款的成功率不足50%。此外,調查涵蓋的網購平台退貨期限差異頗大,由收貨後7天至90天不等。請參閱Consumer Council (2019b)。

(d) | 退貨手續繁複,消費者往往須自行承擔因退貨所產生的高昂運費和匯率差額;及
|
(e) | 部分電子商貿消費者訂購的貨品未能如期交付,卻不獲全數退款及仍被扣除手續費。 |
